After the season or if the item is sold out, you will get a refund if you do not want to choose something else from our range.
We will reimburse you for the return shipping of fault-repaired/damaged goods, according to the supplier's shipping/postage costs for the shipment. We are also responsible for any replacement delivery. In the event of a dispute that we do not manage to resolve together, we recommend that you contact the General Complaints Board. We follow their decision.
In the case of products that are custom made for a particular customer, the right of exchange, open purchase or right of withdrawal does not apply. Goods falling under the category of food are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.
For products where the right of withdrawal applies, the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the time you receive the goods. Then you as a customer will have to pay for the shipping to us with the appropriate mode of transport. Pack well. If you want us to send you a prepaid return shipping label, we will charge SEK 149 incl. VAT per package for shipping and handling.

Order amount refund
In case of right of withdrawal or complaint where the customer does not request new goods, Skånsk Chili AB (skanskchili.com) shall refund the order amount.
Unclaimed shipments are charged with our shipping, packaging and handling costs.
No shipping cost applies when buying over SEK 500 (applies to selected shipping methods). For orders under SEK 500, a shipping fee will be added that is presented at checkout when paying.
Delivery and ordering
Normal delivery time is 2-3 working days with DHL Servicepoint within Sweden and 5-7 with DHL Euroconnect abroad. Within Sweden, we reserve the right to deliver on 5-10 working days at times of high order pressure and up to 14 days abroad. We aim to send all orders no later than the next day.
In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes to deliver an order, it is the customer's responsibility that the order is cancelled in accordance with Skånsk Chili's AB's (skanskchili.com) terms and conditions. Cancellation after ordering is not possible. In cases where the order has been shipped, the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancellation product or service acquired or completed specifically for the customer is not possible. Cancellation is also not possible in cases where a delivery is delayed due to a carrier.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the Sales Company either by email or phone.

In the event of a final sale at the stated price or due to the withdrawal of a sales item, Skånsk Chili AB (skanskchili.com) has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way. Skånsk Chili AB (skanskchili.com) shall also notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent sales item is available.
